David Low, owner of Low Construction, had been in construction for 10 years prior to establishing his business. Having worked for a variety of construction companies in various capacities, he witnessed first hand the lack of quality, customer service, accountability, and honesty of his employers. Seeing an opportunity to stand out in this field, he established Low Construction in 1988 to give customers a choice when choosing a contractor for their new home or home improvement projects. | |
